We will come to you at a variety of locations, bringing all necessary equipment to help you maximize your time/expenses:

  • At home:  Training at home is a convenient, cost-effective alternative to training at a gym. We’ve enjoyed at-home training for years, and pride ourselves on helping you use your own space more efficiently.
  • OutdoorsThere are a number of benefits to outdoor training, especially in beautiful SLO County where we enjoy sunshine and an ideal climate most of the year. As SLOcals, we frequent many of the hidden treasures on the central coast and can help you reframe the outdoors as your training ground. Some examples of outdoor training venues include beaches, parks, and trails, but the sky’s the limit.
  • At work:  We believe in the freedom to train anywhere, and that includes where you work.
