SloFlo’s Goal for You
SloFlo Fitness is committed to helping clients find their own unique path to becoming independent, healthy, fit individuals. The key word here is unique; one man’s road to success is another man’s road to failure. Rather than imposing the methods that have worked best for them personally, SloFlo trainers focus on helping others use their experiences to discover their own methods. There is no cookie-cutter formula for fitness out there that works for everyone. However, there are certain principles and concepts, skills and attributes that are vital to implementing your ideal fitness formula.
Many people have the false pretense that adding physical training has to replace something else they enjoy, like a sport or physical activity. It doesn’t, and it shouldn’t! Your training should enhance whatever else you enjoy doing in your life, not prevent you from it. The movement, structural, and breathing skills you’ll learn with this training will fuse into absolutely everything you do, causing more flow and harmony in every aspect of your life. In other words, the rest of your life will become an ongoing extension of your fitness training. Good posture, core activated breathing, movement freedom will all become a natural, subconscious part of your life.
This is where SloFlo’s true goal is revealed. Ideally, as time progresses with practice and persistence, SloFlo clients will become more independent and self-sufficient to intuitively lead a healthy, fit life. SloFlo would love nothing more than to see each and every one of its clients eventually reach the point where they can spread their wings and choose their own path to fitness without needing the guidance and “approval” of anyone else. We call it fitness freedom…and this is SloFlo’s goal for you.
